the two soldiers killed in the Real IRA attack in northern ireland have been named as Mark Quinsey from Birmingham and Cengiz Azimkar, of Turkish Cypriot origin and from London.
Both soldiers were dressed in the desert combat gear as were due to go to Afghanistan the next day.
Allah says in the Quran,
O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as 'Awliya' (friends, protectors, helpers etc.), they are but 'Awliya' to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as 'Awliya' then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers and unjust). 5:51
This is one of the clear evidences showing those who fight their brothers in Islam and side with the kuffar have taken themselves outside of the fold of islam.
