Hi everyone, not sure if this is the right section, recently went to this sylheti families house for a party and their food was lovly, can someone give me some sylheti *****ng recipes for meat, chicken, fish and vegetable, thier method of *****ng and what masalas are used in what ratio etc. their curry wasnt to runny or anything thanks
