IELTS exams- English Certification for immigration purposes

Peace,
I recently applied for a Msc course in an Australian Campus and one of the requirements is to sit for and Engilsh exam called IELTS which is *****alent to TOEFL for the United States.
I did the speaking exam today but am yet to do the reading, listening and writting test.

Is ther anyone on this forum who has ever come across such test ? If so, please give me some tips:)
