The Gospels

According to Islam, Christianity's four canonical Gospels, books written by the early Church under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, were at some point corrupted to the extent that they no longer portray the "true" Jesus of Nazareth.

At what point, and by who, were these texts corrupted and their content changed?
