I know that fornication is wrong and a sin because God says so but is fornication also wrong because there is no commitment without marriage without the marriage contract or the marriage covenant ? Also in Islam is marriage a contract or a covenant how does marriage work in the Quran or the Hadith ? The reason Im asking about fornication is because I want to explain to other people why it is wrong and not moral it is a sin.
