Assalaamu Alaykum,
I read that you have to remove eye crust before doing wudu, as much as is possible without causing irritation, and then your wudu will be valid. Now my difficulty is this:
I also read that water from the eye due to pain will break wudu. Therefore, when I'm trying to remove the eye crust, sometimes even after my first try to remove it, my eyes start twitching and I can feel them water. Though this water does not flow down my face, it probably just goes to the middle of my eyes, near the nose. What should I do to prevent this twitching and slight watering? Is my wudu still valid when this happens? How do I know when to stop trying to remove stuff?
Also, I end up trying to remove eye crust for every single wudu, because I feel as though some debris/dust/whatever is there and won't be washed off unless I try to remove it before starting wudu. Am I doing this too much, and everytime I do it my eye's start twitching and slightly watering. Maybe I'm digging in too deep, I actually put my fingertip into the inner lining and then sweep it out, should I just remove it from the edge, where the skin is? Perhaps when I stick my fingers into the inner lining( it must be the conjunctiva), then I start twitching/slight watering.
JazakAllah
Lol I made this slightly longer than I thought I would
